A self-proclaimed “left-brained creative”, Shay specializes in connecting the dots between vision, data and design for her clients. 

She holds a Masters degree in urban design has a professional background in market research, business development, and strategic planning.

Shay is passionate about helping fellow socially-conscious entrepreneurs scale their digital businesses in a way that feels sustainable.

She is always up for chatting about your vision or plotting the day-to-day actions needed to get you there.

BOBBY SCHINDLER, CO-FOUNDER

Digital Design Guru, Copywriter, Office DJ

Bobby got his first design gig in the 3rd grade when a friend bought his drawing for one quarter and a bag of Goldfish crackers. So really he’s been designing for nearly 25 years now.

Bobby is obsessive about staying up on the latest design tech and is always teaching himself something new. However, his experience isn’t just limited to visuals. Bobby has also worked in editorial design, marketing, and public relations for some of St. Louis largest corporations.

He loves getting to use his expertise in communication, both visual and written, with the extraordinary clients Free the Robot works with everyday.
